AD Specs:

Cancellations are not accepted after the ad due date. Cancellation of any portion of contract voids rate and position protection. Insert payments non-refundable if canceled after deadline.

• Full Page 7 1/2" x 9 3/4"
• Cover ad (front/back)
• 3/4 Page 7 1/2" x 7"
• 1/2 Page Vertical 3 3/4" x 9 3/4"
• 1/2 Page Horizontal 7 1/2" x 5"
• 1/3 Page 7 1/2" x 3 1/4"
• 1/4 Page Vertical 3 3/4" x 5"
• 1/4 Page Horizontal 7 1/2" x 2 1/2"
• 1/8 Page Horizontal 3 3/4" x 2 1/2"

Ad Format:

Camera ready ads should be sent via email to becky@thedentalshopper.com. High resolution files (300 dpi) are required. JPEG or PDF formats preferred. If you would like to take advantage of our free design offer, please send your ad copy in a Word document, or in your email message, along with high resolution logo/images to becky@thedentalshopper.com. If you would like to discuss the ad prior to design, please send an email with your contact information, and our graphic designer will call you.

Deadlines:

1. Display Ads: Camera ready ads are due on the first of the month, for the following month's issue. If you need ad design, please submit content a week earlier.
2. Inserts are due the 15th of the month preceding publication. (subject to change for convention editions & holidays).
